How long did it take to get like that? Some people seem to go through axles quick with a drop and some are perfectly fine.

i had h&r springs on both my ss/sc and now my ss/tc. the noise is just spring bind. if you take the springs out and put some wheel bearing grease on in the spring perch and on the strut bearing. re-install and the noise should stop.

I just installed H&Rs on my SS/TC two weeks ago and NO noise comes from the front at all. The only noise I get is my exhaust hitting my rear. Anyone know a way to fix that? I don't wanna go back to a 2.5 in exhaust. lol

Have any of you noticed anything like that, no matter what the spring brand? Just curious we want to make sure we didn't do anything wrong.

Thanks!
It's not coil binding. I had many sets of springs designed to collapse on eachother....NO NOISE...NO GREASE on em either. I think it could be the strut mounts (on top of strut tower). If they were not tightned properly...or inserted wrong you'll get a clunking noise. It's no coincidence that the noise came on after the install..you removed the struts! Oh, it's NOT CV joints. They will make noise while car is moving in a straight line as well.
