H&R springs, alignmet?

So i just got my H&R race springs installed, and the guy tell me it doesn't need an alignment, which i think is bull. I do need an alignment right? Ive seen threads where people say you need one no matter what.

I say yes. At least get it checked otherwise you run the risk of premature tire wear. Just to get alignment checked isn't expensive at all.

any time you remove a major suspention component you disturb the adjustment, and an alignment must be done.

allignment isnt a must, but checking it out should be the first thing u do after the spring install b/c odds are it is out of whack, but sometimes it isnt.

Whats a good place to take the car to get the alignment? Maybe a gas station?

any local tire shop/gas station/oil changing place should be able to do it for you.

Now I've heard many things about people having problems with vibrations. Has anyone found a permanent fix?

Most of the vibrations were either caused by lowering too much where the half axles were being raised up (unavoidable), or where the springs weren't sitting properly on the spring perch.

Remove the lowering springs... that's about it. The reason it's doing that is because the angle that the axles are at is not how they were ment to be. Picture it as a ceiling fan, When it's aligned and sitting correctly it spins quietly and stays in basically the same spot. Now move it to one side and it wobbles yet still spins... same basic thing with the axles.

Will an alignment fix bump steer issues? I have the Canuck Motorsports springs and I'm noticing a bit of bump steer.
