Just to add my .02, I just installed my sportlines and have noticed (on the rear springs) that from the bottom of the springs upward there is about 4 coils that touch. The ones with the plastic sleeve on them. And from what you have described those coils are becoming "coil bound" and the squeak you are hearing is from the plastic sleeve. From what I have seen of mine (not squeaking, but another problem) there isnt gonna be alot you can do.
My issue since installing my sportlines is that under a easy-moderate take off from say a light or leaving a stop sign, I get a low speed vibration around 20 mph. its very noticeable and if you continue on the gas and get into boost it gets more noticeable. Now once you get up to hwy speed 75-80 mph, theres nothing. No vibration. I have checked, double checked and triple checked every nut and bolt that was removed, and everything is good and tight. Could this vibration be from an alignment now needed. Could the Toe be that far out to cause this vibration. I know we dont have any other alignment adjustments other than toe on these cars. I ask all this cause I have read several threads/posts that some folks ran into there Toe setting being way out after install of ther sportlines.
Im not a noob to moding and what not, and sorry if this sounds like a noob question, but I have installed a dozen or so sets of springs over the past few years on my cars and never came across this problem. Sorry for the thread jack.
Thanks for the insight.

Well got the alignment today and only thing that was way out was toe, as I suspected. But still got the low speed vibration. So going in the have a rotate and balance to see if that solves the problem. Oh forgot to mention in my above post, that I didnt have this vibration prior to the sportline install. Guess I will see what happends with the R&B.
