LNF Brakes on a LSJ

Hey I know I have read this on here but could not find with search. Please confirm there is a way to put the Brembos from the 08-09 LNF on my 05 LSJ. Thanks

Bump... no one knows?

well I think that if it has a bracket I should be able to but I might have to by the upgraded knuckle, otherwise the brembo part # stickie in here would indicate all you have to do is just swap everything out.

i think you pretty much need everything, the knuckles, wheel bearings, rotors, pads, calipers, bolts, hoses, ect. now to compliment this and keep brake proportioning correct you need the ss/tc rears, wich you pretty much just need to replace the whole rear axle complete. now the abs system is way out of wack with the way better brakes, so it should be changed, but its just not going to work electronicly with the ss/sc.

dont forget you need to get ss/tc wheels cause the ss/sc wheels dont clear the calipers with the tc brakes.

Part numbers are out there numerous times. Buy the parts(rotor, caliper, pads, pin kit, bolts, hoses) and install.

I know people like to wait for someone else to do stuff......Soooooooo if you wait I am getting VERY close(less than a month) to doing my brake swap, its undecided exactly what its going to be right now, but it MAY be Brembos(if the wheels fit and some other factors) You can either stay tuned and see if thats what I do(50% chance) or you can be the pioneer and have the first photo documented swap.(it does work and has been done, hence the "photodocumented" part, take pics bish)

so this mean your buying ss/tc rims, right? sc rims dont fit around the caliper and tirerack has a few to offer that does fit.

bolt on change the wheels or use a spacer. Dont do anything but change the hardware, fronts only is fine... the abs calibration is fine. so are m/cyl fluid volumes
