Need help with spring install

HELP!!! How do you get this bolt off? I broke it loose, but now I cannot tighten or loosen it anymore. It is just spinning. I am in the middle of working on this right now so I need a quick answer.

Thanks

see if you can get something on behind it, thats what i had to like a wrench to hold either the bolt or the whatever to stop the spinning
