^ You can adjust the height on all coilovers. As far as ride quality goes on coils nothing is going to be like stock. If your worried about ride quality and not slamming it you might want to look into struts and springs instead.

You can go as low as you want with Stance or go higher than stock I'm pretty sure if you really wanted lol

No need to get rid of the H&R sport springs if these don't go any lower or drive better...
i'm on the Street Series all the way down with lock rings still in, dampening and camber dialed in perfectly and they look and ride good for what they are. i can't comment on the EZ Series but i have no real complaints about mine
for comparison the first pic is on Eibach Pro-kit springs almost 1.5" lower than stock all the way around, second pic is on coilovers (exact same wheel/tire package) and my guess is 3.5" lower than stock if not a tad bit more.
