Did the swap out yesterday and noticed that my FE3 struts and shocks were the exact same as what came from crateenginedepot.com, down to the #s stamped on the struts. 8340 or something like that...rears were sachs already! This is all pre 08 so anyone with a newer Sport with low miles should save themselves 1/2 the cost of the combo and just get the springs imho. Swapped mine anyways, lots of frost heave on the roads up here.

So does pre '08 FE3=FE5? OEM springs different? Or did I get hosed?
