Plasti dip + Paint = Success???

I've been looking at the wheels lately and now I really just want to change the color. Saw someone else with a black tc that had bright green wheels. He said he used plastidip first and then sprayed it over with the paint.

My question is: will I be able to peel it off if I top the process off with enamel? In others...

1. Plasti-dip
2. Paint
3. Enamel

I don't want to do it if I can't peel the damn paint off and end up with destroyed stockers.

I assune that if you plasti dip the wheel, real thick, then let it cure and throw enamel on top it should work, but I'm sure it would chip very easily.

It might be a pain to get off but it wont harm the wheels. We had to power wash it off a friends wheels because it wouldn't peel last year.
