POssible bad lowering spring install

is there a way someone can show me a picture of the orientation of the tabs im all confused and i dont know where they have to point out im experiencing a shutter under accel at low speeds on the passenger side.

on the strut itself

i drive a 06 cobalt ss /sc with SSC prints and 09 LNF struts

when u lower fwd most the time they shutter at low speeds mine does it and my buddys g5 does it

its super annoying is it fixable with a front rotated zzp trans mount? and rack spacers?

Got out the shovel, doing some research before i install my megan springs on my 4dr ls today. Is this shudder going to happen? I havent heard to much else about it.

It sounds like wheel bind. I might have it, but its hard to tell because of my solid engine mount

i think its my strut mounts since i used the ones from the junkyard instead of my own the day it got installed i noticed it.

If the car is too low then you will get axle bind. I had the same issue on my 07 if I went to loow when I had the Stance coilovers. Now that I went to Eibach Sportlines its gone, car just might be a little too low.

r the tabs in mounting area on top of strut (bump stop, bearing, mount assembly has a metal tab on it) on ur front struts facing towards the engine? if not could b ur cause.

too bad that picture dosent work, i bet thats my problem, i only feel vibration on the passenger side

yea def sounds like wheel bind, i had my 06 dropped pretty good on H&R springs and it was slammed pretty good and i got wheel bind, i put the same springs on my 09 and it didnt drop as much and i didnt have any wheel bind, but what your describing sounds exactly like wheel bind

so 06s go lower than 09s with h&rs? Im looking into the h&rs for my 09 tc but Ive heard too many horror stories about axles
