purposely swapped to 5x110...

I'm surprised to see that someone would actually swap to 5x110 and spend the money just to run a stock cobalt wheel...

I did it. But I did it so I could have the lsj front brakes. Actually using a Malibue ss wheel.

I did it on my old cavalier. Had adapters running LT wheels it looked really good actually, for being my daily while delivering pizza haha . Pic:

Agreed, it looks great, however there are a lot of aftermarket wheels that have a similar split 5 spoke design. Doesn't really seem worth it but to each his own. At least he got brembos too!

yes there are a lot of aftermarket wheels that look like the ss/tc wheels, but something about the ss/tc wheels looks better. even so, upgrading to the brembo brakes, cobalt knuckle and struts, and rear discs, huge huge performance upgrade for a j-body. the car looks great.

that's why I did it too, better brakes than what were on my ls. plus i swapped to a 5x114 lug pattern to run my rims i've had for years from my old car.
