parts for shock/strut replacement?

Is this all i need for a strut/shock replacement?

Cobalt FE5 Struts and Shock Pkg FE5-S

and

CED Upper Strut Mount Kit CED905907

yup, assuming the struts come with the top nut (which really you can reuse your old one)

They should come with it. I've never bought struts that didn't come with the top nut but you will have to reuse the bolts in the backs for the shocks.
