If you don't want to decrease performance, get the stock pads. They are excellent Ferodo HP1000. Same pad compound found on some newer Ferraris, Cadillac CTS-V, and other high performance vehicles. Don't get me wrong, I generally like Hawk, but the Ferodos are very good, and have an very good temperature range. The only downside is the black dust.
As far as rotors go, just get some unslotted rotors from any decent maker. Don't buy swiss cheese rotors please. The real autox and track guys will laugh at you.

Found them on gmspartsdirect, would those be the ferodos? So there really isnt many afterarket options for rotors?
I only got 20k out of this set, previous owner raped this car though, more worried about longetivity

I have 20k on my original set, and there is about half the life left. I use stock blanks, also from GMPD. Cheap and effective. If you only knew the abuse I put them through on track. Mine glow dull orange. No cracks.
Was going to go with completely stock but I found a set of blanks with the inner circle painted black...no more rust!
