Springs or coilovers?

Springs or coilovers?

I drive a 09 ls and I was wondering what is the real difference between springs and coilovers,what do yall recommend and what gets me the most bang for my terrible cheap buck.

a lot of the coilovers they sell for these cars really arent worth the money. the only quality coilovers i have found are the stance coilovers. they allow for both dampening adjustment in front and in the rear i believe where as the k sports(cheap ones) do not and only allow for dampening adjustment in the front. the other plus about coilovers is your able to adjust ride height. the overall down fall to them is they are pricey.....

your best bet will honestly be to pick up a set of tc struts and pedders springs or get a stock sstc strut and spring package. that will honestly probablly be the most "bang for the buck" over coilovers.

Ahh I see so then my question is are they easy to install or what?
