springs help

i finally instaled lowering springs on my cobalt, the front tires feel bouncy
i know i need alignment but i was just wondering if that's normal?

that's for the rear tires?right?
i also hear like a clucking noise when i go over bumps

You may need to give it a week or so because they are still settling I remembered the last time i used springs to lowered the car it make some noises until it finally settled.
