My installation went flawless. And i love the stance of my cobalt now with the coil overs on. But now 2 weeks later after they've settled a bit the 2 front ones moan some times like the springs are not seated right and rubbing against something. I've taken the whells off and i've even taken the struts off to look them over and nothing seems out of place.

Outside of this 1 smaill issue everything is perfect. nothing rides wrong and nothing is touching or rubbing, just the light moan or "gong" like sound.

Is this something common with coil overs?

 

sounds like cheap coil overs binding on the top mount , ORr faulty installation. Good luck, check your install sucks to say
