SS/SC Springs??

I have a 2006 2.2 FE1 all stock..would it hurt to put SS/SC springs on? i know it wont lower the car to to much..but would it make a difference? I am trying to weigh my options..go full FE5 setup and would the FE5 LNF setup work for mine..i have been reading on the sticky with the info..but was a little lost on it and with the knuckle issue..I just would like to swap it out to achieve somewhat of a drop but to also make it ride better, but just some insight on it thanks

your handling will improve, but the drop will be less than half an inch, so it wont be noticeable

10 mm trim height reduction and better spring. Good cheap mod the labor is more than the parts...

I got my car brand new in 06, had it for a month and got sick of the swishy ride on the interstate, put a set of ss/SC springs in the car a month later. Like said the performance when pushing it hard wasn't much different but the cruising and around town differan e was totally worth it. If you want real performance you might as well go after market with the springs and fe5 struts.
