knock at WOT is never normal, small amount of knock at partial throttle/false knock can be quite common.

If there is something wrong with the tune there will be knock at light load. Had the same issue with my LNF I thought it was normal, my air flow wasn't being metered correctly causing knock from the ECU. Something isnt right, take a log and send it to your tuner to get an update

Change the graph to max, and subtract that from your timing tables, if the knock goes away its because of timing. If it's still there, the issue is most likely fuel or air related

knock isn't going to effect your tubro. Does it still knock on cylinder 1?

Get a leak down test and check the turbo for shaft play

knock is the first resort of the ecm to default too. you're not detonating. you have other issues going on.

Do a leak down test to find out, but I doubt it since it knocked after pulling the 3 degrees or whatever your max was from the timing tables. Honestly you need to get your tune file looked at, as Area47 said ecu defaults to knock when something isn't correct.
