new to tuning

I am looking to tune my car but i am unsure if i need to purchase a tuning program or can i have someone tune my car with there program?

You can have someone else tune your car with their programmer (HPT, Trifecta). What model do you have?

I would find someone in your area with hptuners that knows how to use it. If there is no one near you I would go with a tune from trifecta as wicked stated
