06 cobalt SS vs 2004 mustang cobra
Are you guys really serious?? A stock o3-04 Cobra w/ catback usually traps around 103-106 mph and runs mid 13s. That is right in the territory of alot of Cobalts. Not that unbelievable. Now, I know more than first hand what modding the cobras are worth and how much they can get on a tune etc.

"As for hard data, we proved the Cobras rear-wheel power on Superior Automotives chassis dynamometer and found 369.5 hp at 6,200 rpm and 362.2 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 rpm. With the G-Tech, we clocked 0-60 in 4.8 seconds and 60-0 in rather disappointing 134 feet. On the long course, the Cobra pounded out a best of 12.93 at 114.50 mph! In this, the most refined Mustang chassis in history, 80 mph feels like 60, the car will reach nearly 100 in Third gear, and the blower whine is something that you hear in your dreams."

Yeah and that is stock.....
to add Car and Driver got a 12.9 @ 111
In terms of power delivery, shift quality, steering feel, and noise levels, the '03 Mustang Cobra offers quite tolerable levels of comfort—particularly in comparison with the Cobra R, whose performance it now so closely matches. (The '03's 12.9-second quarter-mile at 111 mph is actually 0.1 second quicker.) The ride is still a bit too firm, however, and although that might trouble owners living in colder climates, the upside is a well-balanced ride-and-handling compromise.
