your screwd buddy 30 and you cant do diffensive driving in texas all you can do is go to court and beg the judge to let you take it

 

I got a 101 in a 55. Luckily he just made me pay the ticket and everything would be good if I did that. 270 was my fine. Guy was a good guy. You can take classes that will drop 2 points from your license. Wait 3 years. It'll be off your record then

 

Yeah if i were you i would get a lawyer since you have prior speeding tickets there probably going to screw you on this without a doubt saying you never learned your lessons. I just got my first ticket last week after living in texas for 4 years for 54 in a 35 which is 19 over. I am going to take the defensive driving though and not speed again because its just not worth it. Its just hard to only do 35 but i will learn to do it.

 

depending on state laws, it may be ON your record for life. but, insurance can only use it against you for 5 years.

it's not the end of the world. take it from a guy that's gotten 4 careless driving tickets between ages 16-20. lol. insurance goes high for a bit.

4 years out of it(24 now), and I'm payin rates almost comparable to my parents.

 

you got lucky....a while back we had a former club member try and catch up to us on i-35. he was doing 95 and the cop could have tooken him in. not sure if he was able to take defensive driving.....you should ask him...his screen name is DARRION

not really it depends in the mood of the cop the cops here have gotten chargers i guess the thought of having a hemi might scare us lmao **** just makes me want to test them on the twistis lol

i got a ticket for 75 in a 45, another doing 85 in a 55, and another 70 in a 55.. all within a couple months. a few weeks ago i just ran, i was going like five over the speed limit but they have nothing else to do around here so i see him slow down before he even passed me and put it in reverse to turn around, i was close to my house so it went from a simple and safe five over the speed limit to going 140. and its been the same cop each time i got pulled over because i have to take that road late at night everyday so he knows my car. i realized i needed to slow down since ive gotten those other tickets but im not gonna get another ticket for going five over because he wants to be a douche bag. it sucks living in an area where nothing bad really ever goes down, they drive around in groups of two or three cars and will pull over ******* anyone for anything.

and when im not even speeding they fly up atleast 100 mph and slam on their brakes behind me, ride my ass, and high beam me the whole way down the road trying to get me to **** up or something.

ive also followed a cop down route 1 that was doing 105 the whole way, not lights on or anything and just pulled into the harford county holding center so he wasnt even an emergency. its just as unsafe for them to cruse down streets that fast when they dont have their lights on as it is for anyone else to.

also each time ive went to court there is tons of people that have reasoning/pictures to prove there point about something and the judge wont even look at the pictures and they say the officers word is better.

everything is corrupt as **** in this country.
