In all honesty, I wasn't expecting to take that charger like I did but we raced twice and both time I took him. I believe it is more so that the charger isn't exactly build for high end, it has more low end power where as with the ss/sc I have that high end power to pull me in later gears. I also have a full 3in exhaust and Injen intake but that's all. I definitely think it would take me from a dig though

I wouldn't expect the same results for everyone as perillis.
There is also a weight factor. Maybe the charger had the car full of hoes with an amp and two 12 inch subs in the back. Aftermarket rims that are heavy as ****.

LOL

it's funny how many people call the charger a heavy boat. Ya it's heavy... it's supposed to be.. it's a full sized car.. it's still damn fast for it's size.

2nd gen SRT8's do low 12's in the 1/4. the hellcat does mid 10's..

I am a gm guy at heart, but I have to admit, I love the challenger hellcat. The question is for the $$$, would I chose the hellcat, or the new Z06?

Bringing back an old thread but raced him tonight 0-60 40-120 and 60-130. Pulled him very quick. He thinks if we went to 160 he would catch up I said there was no way possible. I was atleast 2 buses ahead of him. He killed me on 0-60 as I spun the whole way through it. I know if we did 0-60 again it would be different. I floored it too soon. The last time we did 0-60 he was half a car ahead and this time he was a bus length.

I GOTTA WORK ON MY LAUCHING!!!
