alrigh so me and 2 others were in my car rolling out of town and i had this dickbag in a black 3rd gen eclipse riding my ass hardcore. he came up on me and i down shifted to slow down instead of using brakes and he almost rearended me. so i just went back to driving normal and he backed off, well he did it again and then tried to pass me so i down shifted got on it and pulled away. he went back behind me then he backed off some and got a running start and tried again and once again i down shifted and pulled away from him. so i got him twice. i only downshifted to take off as he got up beside me to pass me. i have no idea his mods, he had black wheels and exhaust all i could tell.
