when did i say i was the pulley god? did i experiment with 5 different sized pulleys as well as stock, 2.5 and 3 inch exhausts? yeah. am i pretty knowledgeable regarding them? yeah. I prob have more experience with different setups on a ss/sc that you do. pretty impressive for a car i owned for 18 months and knew nothing about besides it could be made fairly quick for cheap.
you were guessing pulley size by boost. and btw:

2.)Ryan@zzp, 12.3272@114.32, 1.802 60', I/H/E/DP/CM/2.6"/DS/SM/T/BE Timeslip VID *LNF TRANS (longer gearing than stock)

excellent hadling capabilities? bro. i owned a ss/sc. far from excellent when you compare to other cars on the market. good? yes. excellent? no.
why did you go turbo btw? supercharger wasnt fast enough? point proven.
what about "powerband"? why would you turbo a ss/sc if the ss/sc with a m62 will easily win bc of "powerband".

you just kicked yourself in the ass.

IF this car doesn't handle well, what does?

If you say STI of EVO MR, you may want to step away from the keyboard.

it's excellent after a few goodies from Powell Raceshop. I dont know if you've looked up nurburgring times but the Cobalt out handles the **** out of alot of pricey cars.

I wanted 400hp so I went turbo. I dont like meth and we dont have E85 where I live. The SS/SC does have a great powerband

all on drag radials. funny. whats #2? oh it doesnt even have the lsj trans lol.
can you replicate that on the street? nope. too bad.
so youve come up with 4 who broke 12's. again, i said 99% of ss/sc's dont run 12's. there are more than 400 ss/sc's. how many times do i have to repeat myself?
i never said a ss/sc ccouldnt break 12's. i said 99% dont. again, im right. youre wrong.

hahah i didn't. i giggled. since when did 122 become deep in the 120's? thats my question.
*area47 didnt say he ran deep into the 120's, but a lot of hit nuthuggers did.

quit making assumptions. i never said sti or evo.
i know my friends integra type r would out handle any cobalt on this site.
how did i kick myself in the ass? i think all the plastic rattles from your cobalt are affecting how you think.

.
Actually he did claim he trapped well into the 120's....(people will probably argue the word "well" but he clearly was alluding to a car FASTER than a LOW 120 trap car).

reston. it is still over 120. definitions vary. if some of you would stop bitching at each other to actually stuff. you would have seen this. guess you two want to **** slap each other till you both pass out.

o rly? thats neat. run around on them 24/7. when you get caught in the rain and die ill post your obituary on here for proof how stupid that would be to do. an average joe blow street tire will not net those times.

youre taking a few SPECIFIC examples that are outliers and trying to prove me wrong with them when a massive MAJORITY of the cobalt ss/sc owners do not run what you or one of the 4 people you talk about.

dude. idc who you are or your tuning capabilities. a 122 mph trap is NOT well into the 120's that you were quoted saying. so YOU talked your car up and clearly lied or bs'ed everyone stating it was well into the 120's. if you said LOW 120's then you wouldnt be called out. BUT there is a big difference in power when talking about barely into the 120's and WELL into the 120's.

from such an acknowledged and respectable member and amazing tuner on css.net im a little suprised at your "**** slap" comment directed towards me when its you who clearly lied. idc how lenient your definitions are; "WELL into the 120's" does NOT mean 122 mph. lol. mind you thats your PB. so most of the time youre prob in the 119 to 120 mph area.

your definition varies. this is evident. 122 was last year fwiw. picking up 20whp over last year is worth enough mph in the big end. i guess you don't really understand it all do you. thats ok. when you get old enough to use the information you have picked up over the years to fully comprehend it all. then you will look back and see the reality of it. until then junior. go play in the dirt

at 119.6 you could say you ran a 120, it's close enough

122 is solidly into the 120s. Phrase that differently, and you could say well into the 120s

If this community wasn't so busy trying to disprove every nitpicky detail of those that have actually made progress, it would actually learn and benefit.

im quoting this so you cant delete your post. now every cobalt that BARELY TOUCHES a 120mph trap can say they trap WELL into the 120's. haha.

Well I can tell you that Ryan's and stu's runs were last year. I dont think a LSJ with a blower and not a turbo has gone 12's yet in 2010. I may be wrong but dont remember any

youre retarded. at my most recent trip to the drap strip in my wrx with all the mods listed in my sig i ran a 12.4x at 113.xx mph. so can i say WELL into the 110's? no. bc if i ran well into the 110's aka 117-119mph then id prob be in the 11's. but im not. im in the 12's. you guys are just showing your maturity level now and that even the most coveted and respected members on here are massive exaggerators.
