The 104 trap speed is a real dead giveaway in the BS department especially since a cat-back adds no power over stock.
I forgot to mention the 12.90 gt has a wms air intake and timing adjuster. When a car gets a 1.6 60ft and its powershifted you would be suprised what it runs. If you do some research there is plenty of gears, bolt-on, tire 99-04 GT's running high 12s. The GT's put down 225-245rwhp stock depending on the dyno used.

I asked more about the 13.20 car and it had a pro-chamber and drag radials.

Also, keep in mind the track we run at is one of the fastest on the east coast.

i've never heard of a PI gt putting down 245whp stock. that seems quite high.

There have been PI GT's that have hit 13.7's stock.

A PI GT with gears, bolt-ons, cams, and dr's are pressed to dip into the 12's.

So your saying it cut's 1.6's on stock suspension with just a few mods and DR's?....

Yeah it does. I thought the average autos put down 220-225rwhp and the 5spds put down around 230-235rwhp at most.

+1 From what I've seen its 220-230rwhp. My GT auto put down 210-220rwhp on a Mustang Dyno.

I've seen a stock GT with slicks run low 13s but the the rearend blew in it with in a couple of weeks.

Thats are still not even close to what an average GT runs (14.5-14.0).

I'm a mustang fan (mainly fox bodies tho) and i would have to say unless you can't drive or he also has gears you should get him. Have fun and make sure to rub it in his face when you hand his ass to him (i plan on doing that this spring, my dad was talkin **** about his 83 5.0 being faster than my 85 but i'm gonna smoke him when we hit the track this spring).

Unless you blow it. The race is yours
02 gt with every concievable bolt on plus handheld tuner ran a 280 hp and 315 tq. I went right after him and posted the times in my sig. Factor in the weight, and I dont think I would have lost by much. His slp loudmouth exhaust was insane. Thought my ears were going to bleed.

Actually when it comes to an A4 99-04 SOHC they are usually 210-215whp. And if a M5 puts out 235whp I would say the dyno itself or information is a bit off.

Mustang..leaking antifreeze...would not start..getting towed..etc..god that brings back memories. I have to admit, when they did run they were a blast

Here are a couple others for those 87- 93 mustang owners.

- click click click...another "guess what?" bites the dust
- WTF.. I smell pancake syrup?!
- Holy hell?! My headlights are going disco on me. OMG!! did I just hit John Travolta?!?
- Ford repairs your rear main seal. Warranty untill you leave the lot.

Feel free to chime in. Again not bashing the car, just having some fun.
