sunday night driving through town an early 90s civic hatch pulled up to me at a light. looked like your typical riced honda, faded paint, rust, fart can, lowered, small aftermarket rims. the guy is sitting there reving his engine lookin at me. light turns green, he launches, wich equated to tire spin, i let the clutch out easy and roll into the throttle, put a fender off and ease off the throttle, in my not paying attention i hit the rev limiter, shift and just keep a fender on him. i let off and the guy goes passed, pull up to the next light with my window down and the guy goes "i wasnt pushing it hard, i knew that chevy wouldnt have enough in it to keep up with my honda". i responded with "i wasnt even half throttle and while i was ******* with you i hit the rev limiter, sorry to embaress you in front of your girlfriend". light turned green, he launches again and i hammered it, put 2 car lengths on him by the end of first and let off.

i love screwing with ricers who think their intake and exaust makes them a 12 second car.

 

very nice... my car is in the shop right now and then.... stage2 + exhaust... GOD I WANT IT BACK... i love those nights like you just described... i want that feeling back.

im not stupid, i can tell when a car actualy has stuff done to it to make it fast, or if it has a fart can and intake and the guy thinks its all that. there are a lot of hondas that i respect, most of them look like beaters, but they are rather quick cars.

way to put the guy in his, if it was me i woulda just stayed even with him durin the race, and looked at him smilin, than just dust his ass, i like to make them feel dumb, once i was racing a d15civic, it was funny, i was drinking a dr pepper the whole time, it was so hilarious, cuz he pulled next to me in the highway and i was drinking my drink, we looked at each other it was so fuuny, cuz he said if i wanted 2 race, i was like sure, so he honked 3 times, i downshift, grab the drink, and sart drinking it, when the 3rd honk hit, i floored it, and drank my wa to victory, its funny...
