Hatches are extemely light. You wont win. My buddy has a k20 rsx, I have prob 10whp on him and i only pull like a car. Im not positive but i am sure that hes about 500lbs less than the rsx

 

ur putting a 07 si engine in a car that weighs alot less, you do the math. you will not destroy him, it will be a drivers race with the edge to his side. and no i am not a honda fanboi i own a cobalt

 

k20 will pull you without a doubt. thats the "big block" of the honda world. i have seen some fast K20 hatches.

Average of high 12's with just an intake/header/exhaust....oh, sorry and a Hondata. If that kids car isn't put together right and he's a complete idiot driver / mechanic, or running shitty tires, you might hang with him a little bit. K-series hatches are no joke. Don't get your hopes up.

Indeed. K20A2 is in the 02-4 RSX-S. If it's any RSX-S engine, 06+ Civic Si engine, TSX engine, or Integra Type-R engine, you are in trouble.
