Stage WTF? Ported 62 (Not sure if its TVS or not), Large heat exchanger/aftercooler, Meth, 42Lb Injectors, Can't remember pulley size, but I will snap pictures, and you can identify. Centerforce DF clutch, Intake, 3'' exhaust with race cat, and (Unknown) Local tune. Also AEM wideband etc other crap.

He just got it back last week, and I took a ride in it. The boost is going above 19Lbs @ 6500-6700RPM's. And it pulls very hard. (I don't know exactly how many lbs he is pushing.) I am at 21.5-22 though.

 

19psi on 42s? doesnt sound right but w/e. he prolly has 60s

 

he had 42's on it when I ran him in san antonio, so you more more than likely right.

 

cuz 19 is alot for 42s 60s believable but not on 42s im only boosting 15psi on 42s with a 2.9

 

I don't think I got that far.....I was a little giddy at first however.

 

Point taken & understood. I am not used to using these Lbs numbers. All my past cars, I just go from 230-330CC to 550-1000CC injectors. I usually Buy RC. I don't get the privalidge to do that with DI. My other car is DI too.

 

I ran faster than JP, but no. I wasn't talking about him. JP is a cool guy so I want say anything bad about him. hahaha

I was talking about Omar(FPDelara) I raced him from a dig and roll got him both times. As I said though, he is Mr. OEM and only had a drop in at the time. The only LNF that was faster than me that day was Sherm. He ran a 13.6 I believe. That was with Intake, exhaust and the trifecta tune.

 

Sherms Trifecta tune was also not working out so well for him either.... He is who I got my intake from

 

What was wrong with his tune. I know he was having some issues with it. He has since de-modded as well, right?

 

Honestly in his words, "it was running like crap." Trifecta refunded him, and he returned everything to stock. He was making okay torque but the HP was in the 240's, and it was running WAYYYYYY to rich.

 

truf be told but there is also something wrong with my car...hopefully it will be fixed soon, and ya at the track the tune was alright but i only had 240 hp to tthe wheels but 310 tq but i was running wayyyy to rich and i think thats what fucked my **** up

...Get a mod list for your friend thats boosting 20 lbs.. MOST M62 cars will not boost that high "IF" They have supporting mods to free up some air... EX: Header, 3"DP, 3" Catback, Ported M62, Ported Head..

He could be running a 2.6 or 2.5 or 2.7, but if hes at 19-20 psi then he has Stock Exhaust etc. etc.. If you get my point..

Unless he is on Stock Boost Gauge and then its just flat wrong..
