Ls1 run

So kind of a weird story. This kid with a bolt on ls1 that dynoed 361 kept running his mouth. Finally friday night i went out to run him. I was running a different tune friday night that wasnt quite dialed in. I switch to terms e47 and meth base tune for me before i ran him. Go out and run him from 15 he put a car on me and i held it but couldnt close. I thought it was weird because i normally dust bolt on ls1's. Ran from 40 and put him at my back bumper until 120. Once again weird. Come to find out the next day i dropped cylinder 3, and probably before i ran him. No knock and it threw a hidden misfire code for some reason. Regardless the kid cant seem to get it through his thick skull that i ran with him on 3 cylinders lol. He claims theres no way he was at my back bumper even when i have the go pro video proving it lol. Sorry the first two are on facebook, i didnt take them and they uploaded them there.

the spark plug groundstrap and electrode are burnt/crushed.

I was his tuner. 2 saturdays ago I tuned it, was with him when he raced 2 vettes. Car was dead even with a c6 coupe with manual trans, and only lost by a couple cars to a c6 z06 with exhaust.

As i left it, the fuel trims werent quite dialed in due to having to fix a vacuum leak and failing meth kit which took up most of the tuning time to figure out. However his AFR was good at 12.9 and no knock at w0t. car pulled like a freight train. IDK WTF happened.

Chase, stop blowing up your ****. I'm developing a complex about it

Dam same thing happen to me except on #4 cylinder. Is it bad that the piece that broke off is somewhere in the motor?

Lol that happened to me on my dirtbike one time, except its a single cylinder and um yea... I had to rip the top end off and get it out. It didn't do any damage though... I would be more worried about the turbo if the electrode or ground post found its way out into the exhaust. You might want to try and fish it out with a magnet or something if its still in the cylinder. After you make sure its not in the cylinder a compression check wouldn't be a bad idea just to make sure it didn't scar the cylinder walls real bad or something. I can't imagine it doing much damage at all but you did run the nuts off the car for a little bit with part of a plug possibly banging around in there.

On the positive side:
I think its awesome that your car with nearly 1/3 the displacement was down 1/4 of it's cylinders and you still did very well lol.

your 2 for 2 with my cars. Regardless itll be nasty here soon. Scraping together funds to go to zzp as we speak for a built bottom end and s256.

Cars toast, compression was <60 psi and you can smell the burnt ring as i pulled it on and off the trailer. Going to zzp soon.

i know a lambda of. 88 is good and it makes the most power but reliability goes down since theres more heat from it being leaner. so the lesson here is run 12.5-12.3 for reliability it helps. but im sorry to hear bout ure engine bro.

2.4 stroker isnt an option for the LNF the way i understand it. I am however having their 2.1 big bore LNF block put in it.

I was thinking more of the LSJ block, turbocharged bored/stroked to 2.4, big injectors, straight ethanol and a enormous amount of boost. If my motor blew up, or rather I blew up my motor, I would get that with a ZZP stage 2 or 3 trans.
