well i just got done racing my friends dodge stealth tt, and i was hoping for better results.
we raced twice. he's running 340 hp. both races from a dead stop

1st race. he was at 7 lbs of boost we did three honks, he pulls half a car on me then i start to pull half through 1st, then by 2nd i pull a car ahead, then by third i pull another car, by the end of the race I won by 2 1/2 cars.

2nd race. he ups his boost to 12. three honk, he pulls instantly a car and a half on me, by second he stops pullinng on me with 3 cars ahead of me, by third I start catching him and end the race with a loss by 2 1/2 cars.

all in all Im kinda happy but i need more bottom end.

 

Twin charged. DO IT you will smoke him

 

What mods do you have?

 

i was really looking into that. but what other mods do you think i will need? i.e. internals, cooling mods, traction mods?

intense stage 3, injen cai. thas about it. im looking into getting 60lb injectors and a 2.7" pulley

 

Get meth if your going to get a 2.7 cause you no as good as i do that our summers are hot as hell, I get it free and I live kinda close to you so maybe you could to.

 

i know i need cooling mods if im going to go any smaller on my pulley. I'm actually ordering the water/meth injection and front mount h/e. this past summer was killing my car and coolant. im not going through that again

 

Yea NM Heat FTL Get meth, you will love it. A guy from alb is meeting me in roswell and giving me his stock cobra H/E for 40$ so I am hoping I can get that on by next week.

 

those stealths can be pretty mean. my buddy has one and i can barely pull on him. he's pretty much stock, running low boost.

 

Dammit $40. I miss out on all the good deals!

Yeah, I believe 7psi is wastegate pressure on the 6g72. What mods did he have? Stock, a 1st gen should run 9psi on their stock 9b's and 2nd gens run 12psi, but its a "free boost mod" for first gens to get up to 12psi. Any idea why he was running below stock boost? Either way, 3S's can be sick nasty and they aren't anything to really laugh at, I wouldn't be disappointed with your results.
