so 2 of my buddys have been wanting to run.. one has a completely stock 3000gt VR4.. he thinks its hot **** with his tiny twin turbos, also have a friend who has an srt4, full exhaust and a upgraded FMIC, they really know nothing about the SS/TCs, what do you guys think? mods are in my sig

 

they are no competition you will easily destroy both, do it from a dig make it even worse
but you have nothing to worry about its a cake walk

 

Does the srt 4 have a tune or just the bolt ons.

 

just bolt ons from what i know.. him and the vr4 ran.. the srt pulled by i think a car.. it wasnt much

You will have the VR4 easily, and if the SRT4 is still on the stock tune, you should have him too

EDIT: Just saw youre on a tune pushing 23psi, you will rape a stock VR4 lmao

on a side note there are some nasty cars here in jax, supra, turbo srt8 jeep, a 9sec kseries hatch and a few others lol

 

my buddy ran a (supposedly)tuned srt4 who "claimed" 350whp lol with a 50 trim upgraded fmic and exhaust.
his ss/tc sedan with gsm1 tune..... long story short he pulled the srt4 by a car at least

 

you will take it out easily my srt4 has alot of goodies and i raced a ss tc he took me out bro

But we did that at one of our meets this dude was talking trash and got walked we recorded his reaction afterwards it was too funny

I think there's a few vids of ot on YouTube, he broke the record for fastest 1/4 time n/a now he's sitting at like 600whp on 8psi, all custom built by stage 6, even had a custom tuner fly in from another state.. Its pretty badass lol, his build is on racejax.com

From what i remember the vr4 are around 13.4 so even from a dig if you can launch its gonna be a driver race. Not sure what you run your at the track but that would definately dictate the outcome here.

I would say you have the SRT4 with ease, but from a dig that vr4 is gonna be close.

 

You missed the OP's sig - he's tuned at 23psi. Stock ss/tc can do mid-13s, tuned he will prison rape that VR4.

 

Yeah the kid with the vr4 can't really drive, he had an svt focus, went thru 4 clutches in a year.. Performance clutches lol, he like neons of that says anything, the srt dude can drive tho
