okay so i have a 2006 cobaltss sc with a cai, evo2 exhaust, and an aluminum fly wheel. i debaged it, took the wing off and put the cobalt ls on the back. . we were at a meet and one of my friends has a 350z roadster on 20's but it is auto and stock . so we are heading back home and he want to run me thinking that im a ls . we do 45 roll and i put 2 cars on him. two weeks later he gets test pipes and we go again and i get him by 1.5. so im like okay i beat an auto i wonder how i will do with the six speeed? so i get on importatlanta.com forums and see if any one will race. i ended up race two of them, both had cat backs and cais. i do 2 45 rolls with each one and the put 2and a half on me. hummm not that bad. then i do a 25 roll from first with one of them. as soon as i hit the gas i start spinnig and hopping, i dop into second chirp them and im at his door. but then he just started pulling on me. it was a pretty good night today

But how come you put a LS on the back? and not just leave it debadged?

if you were stage 2+, you would have beaten them.

 

i was just about to say that his next mod should be stage 2.

 

yeah im going to go stage 2 with a 2.9. as soon as i can sell some system stuff, after that we are going to run them again.

yeah the guy with auto was like WTF lamo. and the two other guys were pretty surprised i kept up so good!

 

yeah, i'm running stage 2 w/ a 2.9 and i ran an 03 (i think?) 350Z 6 speed. 45 kick, got him 1.5 cars and kept pulling but i let off. boy was he upset. all his buddies said 'man you'll kill that cobalt'...

 

i beat one the guy could believe it.... so i let him go in front I AS i start to pulling on him u can hear the guy screaming ****!!!!!!

 

ha ha thats the same thingthats going to happen to this gut when i get stage 2 and 2.9lol

 

YUP I GOT STAGE 2 2.80 pulley and a few other stuff even light mod 350z cant not keep up in a roll.... like i say before boost my friend is a great equalizer!!!!
