sad to say yes i am a doubter.....i have seen many sti's smoke ss/sc's including at the track..... i cud see him winning if it was a wrx and not a sti....

It is funny when I say it in person, face to face. But online saying "BLOW ME" to another guy is lame, immature, unintelligent. um did you get 15.1 at the track last night? I wasn't there when you raced. it was the coldest night they had so far since the summer so i guess you coulda dipped into the 14's

actually last night i ran a 15.6 was all.....i was hooking very good and the night i ran the 15.1 it was cooler out it was 70 that night last night was like 80.....oh well my clutch is **** lol

yeah it sucks when people doubt. you can have video proof interviews with the drivers and those that support them and were there. pro tuners with dyno sheets and math comparisons but people will always doubt the abilities of the car or driver or conditions or gas or age or lighting or anything they can just so the winner is not declared the winner. yet at the end of the day they will always believe a magazine without any doubts.

i doubt i hit 14's unless i was boosted......i think that is the lowest i'll get.... i had terrible wheel hop last nite, damn left lane was bad for the hop.... oh well all in all it was fun... i got to see some of you guys run.....

oh well but you have your time slip with the 15.1 right? maybe you can scan it and post it up so others with the same type of car can have some goals to reach.

some guy told me that his stockl STi dynoed 236 at the wheels.... so if you the stage2, arent u dynoing around 240?

but.... the diff is the awd, even if he dynoed that low wihich is insanely terrible for a sti..... but watever, my buddy has magnaflow exhaust and a greddy bov, and thats all and his is 328 at the wheels

Don't forget 3 forms of government ID, an officer to verify the IDs, and each driver's grandmother to verify the driver's.

Honestly in this race, I do have to question the driver's capabilities just going by the dig race.

and we all know dynos are the end of all ends to whether or not a car is fast because they are 100% correct and never wrong even 1%. oh and btw, if your buddy is running a BOV, first off that doesnt do anything for power, and from what ive heard subie's need to recirc. that gases and not blow them off

roughly. last night at the track cobalt_supercharged and I spoke with hard core sti and evo tuners and even they said that they aren't putting much down to the floor stock unless they get the cars tuned. they had an evo there with stock components except for the clutch a turbo back and a motech tune that was hitting 11's. They were also showing off one of their sti's that they were going to sell later that night to a buyer that was watching. Stock they said it only put out a dyno of roughly 228 awhp and they said it was common. they tuned up the sti with only a few upgrades plus the motech tune and it was hitting 12's. for evo and sti tuners to admit dyno results with relatively low numbers is shocking in itself but reality sets in and the deciding factor in nearly all cases is the awd capabilities of the cars.

There is no way an STi with a BOV and a magnaflow dynoed 328 to the wheels.

They put down 230-250~ to the wheels stock (AWD dynos are all over the place, I have personally seen as high as 270, which is clearly too high and as low as 225 which is too low). A catback will add nothing and a BOV does nothing except make the car run rich in between shifts.

so i suppose the guy with the sti stopped his smack talking... good races man! i just raced a mildly modded sti on sunday from a roll and it was pretty close, but he never was a full car length ahead of me, my front bumper was right behind his rear wheel and he wasnt pulling away. i need that 2.8" pulley so bad. did u put that pulley on at the same time as the tune or just right b4? cause i like to hear feedback as much as possible about it
