Something like E85 has an extra oxygen atom so it takes more of it to achieve the proper A/F. The LNF previously wasnt able to flow enough fuel within the stock injection window but now were gonna be able to start injecting fuel earlier through the Trifecta tune. Either way there have been reports that once you pass the 45-60% E85 content that there isnt that much more power to be made but no one has tried more than I want to say 75% on the LNF

Just give Vince and the other tuners some more time to get the E85 down on the LNF. It'll make more power. Other cars wouldn't be running E85 if it wasn't worth it, and believe me, IT IS!

E85 or E47 or E anything gives you an extra oxygen molecule on the carbon chain. The difference is how much Ethanol is in the fuel... E85 is 85% ethanol. Here in CA you are pretty much running E10 all the time since the bs 91 octane here has Ethanol already mixed in. The more % of E you run the richer you can make the mixture because of the extra oxygen attached to the molecular structure of the molecule. The E85 also has less specific energy than normal gasoline and burns cooler. Although some consider it to be a higher "octane" that is really like comparing apples to oranges. Yes it is harder to burn and is very boost friendly but no it doesn't contain more energy like the difference between 87 and 91. Giving E85 an octane rating is like giving diesel an octane rating. Now when it comes to tuning... eff off I am lost like a 3 year old at disneyland.

YA well I was trying to catch Josh and that slostang. I was cruzing under the speed limit on 595 waiting for you to catch up be Tom got there first. We did a 40 roll and he pulled a car because I got a little misfire when I hit third, Then we did a 60ish roll and just sat next to each other. But I had to get my girl so I hit Griffin back home.
