I am finally going to the drag strip in about two weeks. First time, hope to get in at least three runs. Just wondering what you guys think my balt will run.

Stage 2, Injen intake, ingalls Torque Damper, Twm short throw, Ottp heat exchanger. Step one colder plugs.

Now for teh lulz, my friend is going with me, he has a 1997 Honda Civic Dx, with a catback only, everything else is stock. He is going to run me.

lol im going friday and just hoping for a freaking 13...i cant launch this car at all..my best 60 is a 2.3 i want a 2.1 or so

 

i had just an intake at the time i ran and did 14.2 @ 106 being my first time ever, my runs the rest of the night got progressivly worse, i was hot lapping and im guessing heatsoaking at the time, i have many more mods now and hope to make it up this year. its deffinitly alot different than taking off at a light against your friends ill tell you that much. track prep will help as well as temperatures and weather that day

 

yea ive been to the track acouple times on stock tires and just a k&n intake and b&m sts i ran low 15s

im a shitty driver i know but i bout to get a stage 2 pulley put on so idk what ill be in then...prolly wont be too good tho bc i will still be on stock injectors

yea but make sure it's fresh gas. old gas burns cooler.

 

What do yall think the civic will run?

 

civic. maybe a 17 flat. 16.5 if hes lucky. you; im thinking a 14.5 at 101-103 mph.
