my best time at the time was 11.37 on street tires in the 1000 foot, his was like 11.50 on the same track, and he had a passenger. still hard to believe?

Yes, quick it is. I tried to represent guys but the 6.0 vs the 2.0 is inevitable. I still want to go see the video. BRB. lol

 

nice kill but definitely expected. Funny how theres such a significant difference between 5.7L and 6.0L.

I couldn't have said it better. SLoW SHO and i were talking about that.

My afr was about 11.3 or so and I only saw .3 knock during shifts.

It's crazy she pulls nice untill the heat comes. Cooling mods time.

P.S. That video was nicely done man. Nice choice in music. At least I wasn't the only one loosing. The T/A race was cool. Again nice job on the video.

Before for I even watch the vid I knew the outcome ha! The GM Stage 2 tune is ok, but was too weak for me. This used to happen to me when I would race my friends LS2 GTO. Different story with my current setup.

hmmm... is stage 2 really that weak? not saying the cobalt is supposed to win that race, i dont have the gm kit so i wouldnt know, but that was an ass whoopin!!! i have run a couple of 6.0's and it was waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy closer than that(just about even till about 80mph). i mean this cobalt's shifts werent the smoothest i have heard, but i dont think that would have made a huge difference in this case.
either that cobalt has some minor issues or that GTO is a factory beast. i betting on the second choice.
there is a GTO around here that is one hell of a factory freak. i think it dynoed really high compared to other GTO's
