I am also pretty sure he isnt making 339 hp with an ots map.

No not the Evo. The guy posted a link with an sti that made 339whp on an OTS map

They arent that bad.. mid 13s average in the GSR, which is a respectable time from factory. The IX is only at most a few 10ths faster, on average.
