ZFR cobalt vs bolt on ls2 GTO

Well the first race was a 15roll caught boost and pulled him hard, second race was from a dig and my clutch was not having it I let off. And then we finished the night with a quick 40 roll hope you guys enjoy....

Man you moved hard on that GTO! Although I'm not suprised, the 6758 is a torque monster Good kill!

I will say though, those GTOs with straight pipes sounds nasty as hell. Like a bulldog in a cage, sound nasty but no bite :P

you guy's are funny! the time in my sig was with a slipping smoking burned up clutch that barely drove 12 miles after that night at the strip. And that gto was not modded, a guy around here had a modded turbo cobalt, at a 55 roll he was 3 cars back after the 1st 200 yards so he let off. We talked after and he said it would have been a lot worse for him if we went further. I told him my gto pulls just as hard in 2nd as it does in 3rd and 4th. that was a good win, you did pull that gto hard. congrats!

modded can mean a lot of things though.

Yeah was probably a stock turbo (K04) modded balt, usually 300-320whp mattering on mods. This ZFR balt makes as much or more power than you in your sig plus is around 400+ lbs lighter. Modded can mean a bunch of different things.

Yea I'm trapping at about 123mph in a 1/4 I'm around 460whp. the gto was intake,throttle body, longtube headers and a tune

My LS2 GTO is slower then my bolt on/24psi Cobalt. Doesn't help that the GTO really needs a tune, but oh well. In the end, I like my goat more. More potential.
