I have an E46 M3, Jet black with black leather, 6 spd, 19's, in dash nav, you know basicly loaded. I picked it up with 20,000 original miles and its a 2003, paid $15,000 + my Cobalt SS sedan in trade for her. Only mods so far are a Dinan flash thats netted me a 12.8 at 111mph in the 1/4 mile. The highest I've had it so far was 175. Heres a pic, lemme know what you think of her, one BMW owner to another.

so, what you're saying is, you know enough about "beemers" to not know that a BMW car is a "bimmer" and a BMW motorcycle is a "beemer"?

and, if someone at a dealership did it, i'd ask for another salesperson that know what the hell they were talking about.
and, for that matter, a 335i isn't an M3.

The only time I call mine a beemer is around here so people know what I mean. What was it that Bandit said in the first Smokey and the Bandit movie, something about where your at in the country determins how stupid you look, or something along those lines. Same deal with bimmer and beemer.
IDK maybe, time will tell I guess.
I got her from Russel BMW of Ellicott City. They wanted 35, I talked them down to 30, they gave me 15 for the Cobalt so my M3 ran me 15+ taxes and tags and lojack and the etching I had done. My payments are $480 a month but we round that up tp $500 so it'll be paid off faster. As for a ride, sure! Bring a towel to sit on But drive her? Ummmm....... my WIFE doesn't drive her and she does things to me I KNOW you won't!

Maybe, maybe not. The only thing I could see is that in one post she had and SS/SC and in another she had a 2.4. That and in doing the math, she's worked with BMW since she was 15.

Thanks I try.
Soooooooo the Germans still believe in child labor, whats wrong with that? Give her a chance to explain she may have done a typo, I know I have a time or 3.
And your dot is red.
