What size are you looking to go with? The stock size (215/45-R18) has NOTHING as far as good tires. I'm thinking about dropping down to 17s for better performance and better tire selection and maybe going with KDW's.

car and driver had a good comparison test of tires in one of the most recent issues. tested 10 summer tires, including the p-zeros. granted, it was somewhat limited (only tested 1 size, on 325i's), but it did a decent job differentiating the tires. if i remember correctly, the nittos they tested were around last, the pirellis were 6-7ish, and the overall winner was the goodyear eagle f-1s

KDWs are great tires but if you want to go BFG then look at the G-Force Sports. I can get them from work for $125/ea and they have a better treadwear rating than the KDWs and the traction is still AA and temp is A. IMO, they are a damn good deal for the price.

Yeah if you have a Sam's Club membership card then just go in and order them lol. Depending on your club, they may or may not have a low profile mounting machine. If your in luck they do and it's only $36 to mount, balance, and install the complete set of 4 (not a typo). You also get valve stems, road hazard, free flat repair, and free rotation and balance evry 7,500 miles. Yes, that is a damn good deal you don't have to tell me. I just bought winter tires for a good price and I picked up an Optima Yellow Top fior $131 which is the cheapest around.
