Was the one of those guys who think anything with a turbo is fast? lol. I know somebody like that with a cruzeee

Ew, timing belt. e30's are beautiful tho. Much preferred over e36

I think the owner ruined it entirely, actually
I just end up feeling bad for Stella
that's a fun idea and all but......... why? with the money you'd have tied up into that project ($25k for the car & about $10k for the LS swap and that's on the low side) you could buy a nice C6, maybe even a C6Z06.
more i want something different. we already have a vette and honestly im not a fan of it. i could swap it for far less then 10g and i could snag a used car for more like 19-20
my bro's got a fully loaded brz, loves it to death. The drive is so unbelievably fun...and as soon as you sit down, you understand why JDM >>>>>>>>> USDM
Biggest complaint from everyone is the lack of hp. Anyone coming from a Cobalt especially a LNF will hate it.
girl i hang with has one but she wont let it above 4k rpm's and wont track it. hasnt touched the paddle's or slap stick yet. wont let me drive it either. she only drives it in the summer and its just to save on gas. so i need a new rwd project. been tossing a c10 step side also. im sure the right project will come my way
I've been thinking about swapping a BRZ too or even boosting it. Apparently those stock blocks can handle like 450whp-500whp which is PLENTY in that little car.
If I don't like the look of the BBS's on the car in person I'll just keep the Varrstoen's and sell the BBS's lol. A lot of people want my Varrstoens though and if you're on the Cobalt SS Gang Facebook page you'll notice every other cobalt has Varrstoens.

these car feels much faster and handles much better than than the lnf, I've driven both and I prefer the brz hands down. It's a driver's car, and honestly loads fast enough. Unless you're tracking it and upping the suspension, there's no point to it. My 0.02$.
You're driving in your streets, the thing picks up quick. You want to go faster and burn useless amounts of gas at 1.50$/L, get a fast car to begin with. The engine is perfect for the car that it is; it's not trying to be anything it isn't..balance and driveability are on point.

Now imagine that balance and driveability with 400whp
Top Gear I believe it was or one of those review shows said that a turbo REALLY makes the car enjoyable because not only is it a fun car to drive with 200hp now it's a fun car to drive with REAL power. Also 95% of people already assume BRZ's are slow so a turbo swap would be a real nice sleeper

The one thing is that he upgraded his rims and tires right away cause he hated having Prius tires.
So not he didn't have enough power.
It just seems like a big sacrifice giving up that much power.
