Powdercoat or Paint
i want to get my rims painted...but i want the face of the rim to be a glossy black and get the inner lip polished....and i want the center cap painted black and the chevy logo painted black with a silver outline........So my dad says powdrecoating would be better cuz it wont chip but i didnt think u could get a glossy look with powdrecoating can u?

Powdercoat man. I've painted three sets of rims. They looked AWESOME, but powdercoat will last longer, and easier on you. I spent hours on each set of rims.
Here is a picture of the SSR rims I painted that went onto my Nissan Sentra. I used the color gunmetal with clearcoat.
