rim opinion

I seen these on a new Avenger and found a set on-line with the Cobalt's rim specs.
What do you think. They are 20' by Vagare (V14s smack5)

20" I believe wont fit on a cobalt. If so you will have to got with a 225-30-20 tire for the car for it to fit and have the right off set of 25-45+ I believe.
