What is the biggest stock 4x100 wheels that come on the Cobalt?

I think I saw 16" Alloy ones on an older Cobalt.

I'm pretty sure the dimensions are 16x6 or 16x6.5 (someone will need to verify this).

My question is though, what is the widest tire I could fit on the 16" Alloy wheel, whether it's a 16x6 or 16x6.5

My friend says if it's 16x6 don't go bigger than 215, and if it's 16x6.5 don't go bigger than 225.

Where would be a place I can pick these wheels up for cheap, too?

idk but i got the 16" with 205/55/16 with a 2" drop and looks good to me

 

i think someone mentioned a while back they got 225 on the 15 inch steelies

 

Alright cool.

I want the stock alloy wheels (I just have steelies with hubcaps now) with the Eibach Sportline kit on it.
