Vibration after tire rotation

I just got my tires rotated for the first time on my SS/TC and now when I'm driving on the highway any speed over 55 mph I get some very noticeable vibration in the steering wheel and in the floor that wasn't there before at those speeds. Do my tires need to be rebalanced? I thought that wasn't necessary on just a normal tire rotation. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the dealership rotated the tires across the car when they shouldn't have. Anyone know if the stock tires (Conti's) are unidirectional? Or do I just have to get the tires rebalanced?

one or more of your rear tires may have been out of balanced, but being in the rear you don't directly feel the shimmy. Tire rotations have nothing to do with balancing. Now that those unbalanced tires are up front as the drive wheels, you will definitely feel the effects. Just get them rebalanced
