So....because you are impatient, and don't think of other means to contact people...didn't realize that it could have been an Ion Redline Pillar pod....and the fact that they made a human error.....you come on here crying about them and saying they have low quality parts?

This is one of the 50K other reasons why we get no aftermarket support from companies, because of people constantly crying about a simple mistake and trying to condemn a company for not sending a bung and mistakenly sent the wrong pillar pod for like one of the 6 cars they specialize in.

Dealing with them personally and seeing their shop...top notch and superb work, stand behind their work, good customer service, and people who will take the shirt off their back to help you out and make sure you're satisfied. I urge those who may be iffy to mark up the error to human error and not quick fix on this to the OP.

A buddy of mine with an Ion, got another PCM shipped to him that happened to be an 05 cobalt one. Called them, left them a message, then took it back to them and they quickly exchanged it.

Since I have been on this site, ZZP has made things right with their customers. Try contacting them to resolve the issue. Making a thread about it just turns into an opinion pissing match.
