PM Matt M. He usually responds same day and gets stuff needed done quickly. I have PM'd him before and even though handling orders isn't his job, he takes car of the issue or gets someone to help you.

That's because people are calling "15 times" and we have 100's of customers trying to contact us daily.

When a charge is declined for various reasons your bank puts a hold on the funds. ZZP cannot see this or control it or release it because we don't have it. Calling us will not help. It's standard with any company or declined transaction and can only be released by the bank. Normally this happens automatically in 48-72 hrs but I have heard of customers calling their bank to speed up the process.

This. Same thing happened to mine. Called my bank they released the hold after 50 questions.

had same "problem" with another vendor. had $800+ in account and declined for about $600. tried paying 3 diff ways: credit on their site, pay pal, my credit thru pay pal. Worked out a way for me to pay cash since i'd like to pick it up.

i would call the bank to see if they'll give zzp the money. if u don't buy online with that card often, they may have thought it was stolen
