Anyone from ZZP wanna let me know what ur current situation with PCMs is? Just curious, was told my order is delayed because of the PCM.

I know they are very short on PCM's being in stock. If you send yours in then they can flash it and send it out the same day they receive it.

 

I'd rather not. They could at least tell me that in an email response. So far nothing.

 

I get consistent emails from their customer service when I email them. I actually just had my PCM reflashed by them and it was received and sent out yesterday (weds). My friend bought their stage kit about 2 or 3 months ago and he wanted to buy a PCM from them instead of flashing his but they were completely out of stock so he sent his in and saved some money instead.

 

well i got the extra pcm so i could have something to tune and fiddle around with and still have my stock pcm incase I ever needed to revert back. And yeah ive ordered before and anytime i had a question their customer service responded asap but now they wont respond to me at all.

 

we respond to all emails we receive. normally PCM emails are returned with an autoreply first.

 

ive sent two emails in regards to order # 46900 and an inquiry and heard nothing back.
