Those who had issues on black friday

We had a lot of server/site issues.
If you had issues just email, we'll do our best to make it right.
Include invoice # in title of email if applicable.

ive send 2 emails and left a voice mail and still not had any return in any form.... would really apperciate some contact in regards to my order issue on BF.

I got a fantastic deal on Black Friday.
But, one week without any shipping, tracking info, killed the deal for me.
I can't stand it, when a company states that they have issues.
I'm going out of the county Wednesday morning, & don't need to deal with this now.
Especially, after hearing of some guys getting their stuff, already.
And the item that I ordered, still shows on the website, as being in stock.
Hay, maybe it's growing 'pains', or inept management, the products are great !
I did send an email to customer service, to cancel order 118020.
I'll be reordering in the spring, at the regular price, as the product, is definitely worth it.

UPDATE
I received a email from ZZP
They are having supplier issues, with their product.
It's something that must drive them crazy.
They really are the best, producing the best products, for us...
I can wait till spring.

I'm still waiting on my LNF intercooler package. I was told it should ship out at the end of the week and it still hasn't shipped. I know "should" doesn't mean "will" but I am starting to get impatient. I just really don't want it to turn into, "Yeah, dont worry, it is shipping soon.", and then next thing you know, "I'm sorry, we are out of stock."

I got my intercooler package but it didnt include the connectors. So I have to look at it but still cant install it.
Only thing about the sale that bugged me was you would select the item and it said I got 50% off hit the checkout with paypal and everything was great then I get an email from paypal and is says I paid $100 higher than I agreed to.
To me that is WRONG!!!!

We still haven't received the LNF intercooler package we ordered but you sure didn't wait to charge the credit card.

Everything arrived safely on Friday. Quality is there, you can definitely see that.

Too bad I may not be able to install the LNF in my car after all.

I swear, I have all this new **** for the LSJ and LNF and not even sure what I'll be able to use..

I like ZZP though. They have good stuff.

Zoomer, I sent a couple of emails with no response, I heard from other members that the Double 90 coupler for the hot charge pipe is out of stock from other members. Just wondering when it will be back in stock, I'm personally using my stock one at the moment so no rush there, just want to make sure u guys havent forgot lol...Oh btw i got somebody else's invoice in my order and he got mine lol....

but yeah I agree with this, the code needs to be locked in at the order screen or something, because when I was buying my item it said 40% off but then I checked out and I got 30% off, other than that i had a great experience on the Black Friday sale.

I know old thread but this works as good as any. Still waiting for my order to be shipped. Apparently waiting on a shipment of cams to come in which was supposed to be last week. Any word on them?

Sorry for continued delays. We got held up by that strike in LA at the port. Some items we need for production didn't get out of customs. Strike is over now so we should see them soon. Gotta love unions. Average pay 165k/yr and they went on strike.

you can email stattama@aol.com about the ZFRs, it's his project. I did see a ton of parts around the shop yesterday. Not sure on the supercores tho.
