Does your Stainless downpipe w/ cat require any sort of cutting of my aftermarket cat-back exhaust to install?

It will bolt to the stock system, but you must order it with the 2.5 cat-back bolt on

stage 3 /intake/cat-back/downpipe/mounts/

what about if i can the denzod cat back 2.75 will the 3inch be needed

The Dezod will mate up to anything that is OEM replacement. I have it myself!
