I am curious about the zzp adjustable tensioner also. https://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt...=447&catid=142 My dealer in canada wants $400 for the original part that is giving an embarrassing rattling noise. I notice that the zzp tensioner does not include the little strut assembley that is on the original. Does anyone know if we need it after upgrading to the zzp? I have already ordered the zzp stage 2 with a smaller belt and a 3.1" pulley, but it has not arrived yet and i need to fix the @#$*& rattle at the same time as my stage 2 install. Any info is appreciated. Here are the pics.

Take the bolt out and install it on the new one.

The ZZP unit does not replace the entire factory piece. You still need the shock part. Ours is adjustable and works with stock pulleys down to 2.6"
